Using German case references
The Aktenzeichen is the handle for the procedure: it turns a vague property lead into a concrete court appointment.

Case reference as the route back to file
The term is not a detail. It connects a loose lead back to the court, appointment and original view.

When the term matters
When a property appears as a screenshot, PDF snippet or forwarded lead, the case reference routes the buyer back to the official appointment.

The Aktenzeichen is not a lot number substitute; it is the handle for the procedure.
- Always store it with court, state, appointment, source and status.
- Do not normalize away spaces, suffixes or spelling.
- Deduplicate by court plus case reference, not by title or photo.
- Every internal handoff should include source status.
From screenshot to full view
The value appears when a loose fragment routes back to the official appointment view.
- Open PDF, screenshot or link and identify the Az.
- Use ZVG-Portal or court search and open the full view.
- Cross-check asset, appointment, Verkehrswert, report and notes.
- Open it again before financing, viewing or bidding.
Internal handoff
One good line prevents later confusion.
- Format: AG Hamburg - Az. 5 K 142/24 - date 24.05.2026 - status 22.05.2026.
- Add Verkehrswert, source, documents and open questions next to it.
- Use security deposit or transfer reference only after specific court instructions.
- The case reference alone does not prove bid readiness.
Check before forwarding
- Copy the case reference exactly, including spaces and suffixes.
- Add court and federal state.
- Open the full appointment view, not only a result list.
- Re-check report and appointment status before sharing internally.
