What this page is for
This page is an entry point into the structure of official disposals. It helps spot patterns but does not replace checking individual lots.
Open auctionsOfficial disposal rails
The public sector does not sell through one market, but through several procedures.
- Zoll-Auktion: broad movable goods from public bodies.
- VEBEG: federal and public-sector disposal, often equipment, vehicles and material lots.
- Justiz-Auktion: movable items and rights from judiciary and administration.
- ZVG-Portal: real-estate foreclosures as court appointments.
- Lost-property offices and municipalities: local dates, lists or delegated platforms.
Why things are sold
The disposal reason changes the buyer check.
- Seized or pledged: read origin and documents closely.
- Surplus: former public-sector use, but condition still open.
- Lost property: deadlines and ownership path differ from normal commerce.
- Foreclosure: procedure, case reference, court and security matter.
Source, operator, seller
Failing to separate these three terms creates false confidence.
- A municipality can sell via Zoll-Auktion without customs being the goods origin.
- A private auction house can handle municipal lost property.
- A court appointment is not an online shopping cart.
- Zuschlag should make source first and category second readable.
How to read it
- Separate movable goods from real estate.
- Do not mix source, operator and seller.
- For each category, name the buyer job: check, pick up, finance, document.
- Do not turn one remarkable case into a market rule.
