What this page is for
This page turns a broad source landscape into a simple check routine for buyers who do not want to search every day.
Check auctionsSource rhythm
The job is not to check everything constantly, but to sort sources by real rhythm.
- Daily or frequent: Zoll-Auktion and Justiz-Auktion by ending-soon or new lots.
- Weekly or event-based: lost-property, auction-house and municipal dates.
- Separate: VEBEG for professional equipment and tender checks.
- Separate: ZVG-Portal for real estate and court appointments.
The three clocks
Every auction has more than one deadline.
- Publication clock: when does the source usually appear?
- Award clock: when does bidding, tender or appointment window close?
- Pickup clock: when must payment, pickup or transport happen?
- A hit without a pickup clock is not yet a usable hit.
When weekly is not enough
A calm rhythm still needs exceptions for high intent.
- Expensive watches, jewelry or vehicles ending in 24 to 48 hours.
- Machines or vehicles with narrow pickup windows and low distance.
- ZVG appointments close to security, financing or attendance decisions.
- Zuschlag should mark these as check actions, not create panic.
Weekly check path
- First check sources with soon-closing lots.
- Then filter by your categories: vehicles, machinery, real estate.
- Mark deadlines, pickup and missing documents.
- Forward only leads whose official source is secured.
